I apologise for the issue you have encountered with other insurers. Unfortunately, we have no control over the underwriting guidelines of other companies and can only control our ability to provide a renewal quotation and claim settlement. I can confirm there is no active claim on your policy and this has been reflected with the renewal premium offered this year.
