TERRIBLE SERVICE

TERRIBLE - I PAID MY INSURANCE BY PHONE ON 28TH NOVEMBER AND I NEVER RECEIVED MY DISK. I RANG ON 10TH AND WAS TOLD MY DISC HAD NOT BEEN ISSUED BECAUSE OF COMPUTER ERROR. IT HAS NOT ARRIVED YET .

As you are registered for MyAxa your documentation had been available in your account rather than being posted in a bid to make Axa more environmentally friendly. I can see these were then issued via post for your convenience on 10/12, please allow 3-5 working days for these to be received.
