TERRIBLE SERVICE
TERRIBLE - I PAID MY INSURANCE BY PHONE ON 28TH NOVEMBER AND I NEVER RECEIVED MY DISK. I RANG ON 10TH AND WAS TOLD MY DISC HAD NOT BEEN ISSUED BECAUSE OF COMPUTER ERROR.
IT HAS NOT ARRIVED YET .

I apologise for the delay in receiving your documents via post. As you are registered for MyAxa your documentation had been available in your account rather than being posted in a bid to make Axa more environmentally friendly. I can see these were then issued via post for your convenience on 10/12, please allow 3-5 working days for these to be received.
In the meantime if you would like to view any documentation regarding your policy, you can log in and print via MyAxa 24/7. I hope this resolves your query.

I apologise you did not receive a call back as requested. I will refer this to our customer service team leaders to ensure our call back tracker is correctly referenced and all call backs are completed in a timely manner.
However, I have had a look at your policy and I can confirm you have fully comprehensive cover with both free open driving and free third party driving of other vehicles.
