I apologise for the delay in receiving your documents via post, these were issued upon inception of your policy on 31/01. We advise to please allow 3-5 working days for these to be received. However, you are eligible for MyAxa therefore while you are waiting for these to arrive, if you would like to view or print any documentation regarding your policy, you can log in and print 24/7.
