We are sorry to hear you were disappointed with your renewal premium. I can confirm that my colleague who spoke to you regarding your renewal was correct. She advised you the price issued was the best price we could offer this year and that was the case this time.
At AXA we are dedicated to keeping our expenses down, using cost effective vehicle repairers and fighting fraud. However, personal injury claims are very high, and despite our on-going efforts to minimise cost, many premiums have gone up this year.
I have had a look at your policy and unfortunately as we reduced your premium by €153 this year we would be unable to reduce this any further at a time when many customers are still seeing premium increases.
