Just be consistent and treat people fairly with regard to inflation etc.
Service good, I prefer a stable rather than wildly fluctuating quote which can occur after initial year. Unjustifiable increases cause me to start shopping around.

If you need posted documents, you can select these using your AXA online account. Just log in and select 'Policy documents' from the left-hand side of the main page and then choose 'Change document preference' to get started. You'll then be able to select future documents by post. You can also print out your documents from your online account if you have a printer at home. We're so glad you took the time to share the experience you've had with us.
