Here at AXA, we don't offer a multi-car policy which means if you'd like to bring two cars to us, these would need to be purchased as individual policies.
It's a shame that we weren't able to cover you on both cars & this will have been down to our business rules/underwriting criteria as we're unable to cover all scenarios. We don't come to these decisions lightly as we're grateful for your business. We may choose to no longer cover a certain make/model of car if our claims experience on that particular vehicle tells us that it's costly to repair/replace or that spare parts may be difficult for us to source in the event of a claim.
I really appreciate you choosing AXA for the car that we were able to cover.
