Prices are going up everywhere at the moment, and insurance is no different. We've seen a big increase in the cost of customer claims which are impacted by inflation and world events. We're doing as much as we can to manage these increases, although we need to balance this with still off ering a great service for our customers. I came to Axa to insure two cars, the website didn’t facilitate this in an easy manner and for some unknown reason the second car was not approved (for no apparent reason when I very standard car).

I'm really sorry you're unhappy & I've recorded your feedback around the quote decline & the website information/navigation on file. Here at AXA, we don't offer a multi-car policy which means if you'd like to bring two cars to us, these would need to be purchased as individual policies. It's a shame that we weren't able to cover you on both cars & this will have been down to our business rules/underwriting criteria as we're unable to cover all scenarios. We don't come to these decisions lightly as we're grateful for your business. We may choose to no longer cover a certain make/model of car if our claims experience on that particular vehicle tells us that it's costly to repair/replace or that spare parts may be difficult for us to source in the event of a claim.
