I’ve been with AXAfor a few years. I put through my first claim ever in 7 years and my insurance jumped up over £1,000! Totally unfair, exploiting the customer.

Prices are going up everywhere at the moment, and insurance is no different. We've seen a big increase in the cost of customer claims which are impacted by inflation and world events. We're doing as much as we can to manage these increases, although we need to balance this with still off ering a great service for our customers.
