Wild bad service

Done an online quote. Phoned 3 days later to go on ahead with it & there was £100 added on. Got it all sorted out & when I phoned back to make payment it was a different price again ....£100+ added...

Rip off

I went and got prices for the other cars damages and quotes it to them and I ge a letter back saying that the claim has added up to 2000!! Dearer than the quote to fix it, 2000!

Whilst the repairs did come in at around £2,000, we had to pay for a replacement hire vehicle and also solicitor costs.
