Could improve by having a better layout of prices for packages, I booked using mobile and was pretty difficult as some times it would not allow the drop down menu for what type of package to choose...

We do have a very dedicated web team that test our systems to ensure they are delivering the best possible service at all times. Despite this, I am sorry to see that you felt our website could of been displayed better.
With regards to your points about the calendar showing prices against dates, Our booking platform is very much live, so prices can change at any moment and with lots of offers coming and going this currently isn't something we are able to do.
I will of course be sure to see that our web team is informed of your contact and feedback as we do value all comments made in order for us to improve of customer service.
I hope that aside from this, you and your family had a fabulous trip to the Alton Towers Resort.
