Unfortunately we were unable to deliver the week of ordering as it was too cold to send. If the outside temperature at the holding depot is lower than 1 degress C, it will cause harm to the fish. We keep fish welfare as our highest priority and this is why we called you to reschedule the date. The next week was avaliable.
