Thanks for your honest comments. We do try to make customers aware of arrears as soon as possible to avoid any problems. In recent weeks, we have began to leave more time before we attempt to contact customers as payments can sometimes be delayed. Kindest Regards.

Hi Helen, thank you for your positive feedback and your interest in topping up your loan with us. A top up facility is something we currently offer and it is being implemented into customer's online accounts for ease of use in the near future so customers can see when they are eligible.

When a payment is missed an email and text message are sent if we don't hear from you this may be followed up with a call. This is just to remind you that your account is in arrears.
