Rubbish registration process but great item

The website is very frustrating and that's why I scored it as poor. I love the actual radiator, so easy to install etc.

Thanks very much for your review and feedback. We're truly sorry you've had a negative experience with Rointe. This is not our usual standard of service.

With regards to the Wi-Fi, this is due to an app update early this year, which unfortunately had major issues with iOS and Android connection and caused a series of corruptions to our data files. This in turn meant the app had a number of issues that we needed to fix.

We are aware that the registration process on our website is not customer friendly and we'd like to apologise for any inconvenience caused. We are currently working on a new website, due to launch in a couple of weeks time, which will hopefully alleviate these issues. We have now registered your additional products manually and can do the same when you send us the other serial numbers outstanding.
