Thanks for your feedback. We're sorry you've had problems with our website. We are working on a new one, which will help alleviate problems with registering your products. In the meantime, please keep proof of purchase in order to validate your guarantee. The serial numbers will not be in the radiator control panels, they are only located on the metal stickers that come with the product.
