Keep well, keep happy - like me and mine.

Yes. For an older person they are ideal. Easy to regulate especially on an iPad. Keep on low and keep an even temperature all round. Hopeful of saving money Which everyone loves in this day and age.

Excellent service, a quick phone call asking what was best for my new conservatory and the next day an email with suggested Rointe Rad sizes and a price with free delivery 🚚 the next day.

Gave three stars because i had to grind down grub screws (too long for some reason ?) so they would tighten down on towel rail fixings, other than that all good

Great heating with WiFi Control

Great service and great heaters. It leaves a nice heat in the room. The app took a while to get used but works really well once setup. It is great to be able to control heating times from my phone.

Website is a nightmare, registration of a product is so time consuming even one, I had 5 to go through, the app is utter **** if you want to use your WiFi Rointe radiators forget it, buy something...

I will say radiators are stylish, and so far I’m pleased, ecconomy wise I’m yet to see, need a few months to analyse this, it’s just the app, I can’t even get passed the first screen where it fails to recognise the address ☹️

Hi Andrew. Thanks for that information. The address issue on the app is a glitch for some users and definitely needs to be logged by our Technical Support team. Please can you provide the following details to support@rointe.co.uk:

- Full name

- Email address (used on the app) and phone number (to contact you)

- Address including postcode

Our Support team will then ask our App team to see if they can create the installation for you. This can be done by us to help. We need you to also check a few things first before we can help. Sometimes the following helps solve the issue for you:

1. Your Wi-Fi network is at least 2.4 Ghz or higher. The app/product won't work properly unless the network is at least this.

2. Your firmware is updated on the product itself. It needs to be version 53 or higher. You can check your firmware and update it by following this video and instructions. Video: https://youtu.be/9SRwU4Tz4aw.

3. Your product is connected to Wi-Fi and paired correctly. You might want to call our Tech Support team for this one to help with pairing if it's an issue.
