Sorry to hear about your experiences in Poland. We received the documents later than we normally receive them and could only forward them on at the last minute.
Normally all documents are sent out to customers at least 3 weeks prior to arrival, but on this occasion they were late.
We book everyone onto set departure dates that are set by the suppliers. This ensures that we can offer a wide range of tours without having to hit minimum numbers.
