I had some issues last time and they apologized and sent me a ream of paper. This time again I have to ask for an invoice which last time they said would automatically be sent once payment was taken.

Here at the Post Office Shop, we strive to deliver the highest levels of service possible and the condition in which you are receiving your paper is unacceptable.
In light of your comments, we are currently in discussions with our warehouse team investigating ways of alternatively packaging paper products to protect them from damages during transit.
With regards to the receipt of invoices, we do send invoices out upon the dispatch of goods and I apologies that you have not been receiving them. I will forward your comments to our IT support team to investigate

Upon further investigation of your order I can see that your goods were delivered on Monday 16th December after being ordered on Friday 13th December.
As you selected next working day delivery and Parcelforce do not operate on Saturday and Sunday, your goods were delivered on Monday the 16th which is why there was a slight delay receiving your order.
