Here at the Post Office Shop, we strive to deliver the best order experience possible.
Upon looking at your order, I can see that Parcelforce were unable to deliver your parcel and left it at a local Post Office to collect as a signature is required as proof of delivery.
I appreciate that this may be frustrating for you however we have this process in place to ensure that parcels are delivered to the intended recipients and are not mis-delivered.
As your parcel was not collected from your local Post Office, it has now been returned to ourselves and I have requested that your order is refunded. Refund can take up to five working days to process.
