Good Afternoon Monica,
Please accept my apologies over the non receipt of an item from your order.
Upon investigation, it appears the the demand for the TARDIS alarm clock exceeded the amount of items we had in stock and therefore stock was exhausted quickly. In this case, all unfulfilled orders remain on back order until further stock is received from our supplier.
I can see that stock is not due to arrive until 10.03.2013 for this item. I appreciate that this item was intended as a Christmas gift and if you no longer require this item please contact our Customer Service Team on service@postofficeshop.co.uk and we will happily cancel this item from your order.
