Please accept my apologies over any inconvenience that the delay in receiving your item may have caused.
Here at the Post Office Shop, we aim to deliver the highest levels of service possible and unfortunately on this occasion we do not seem to have done so.
Upon investigation into your order, I can see that the framed stamps you ordered were subject to extremely high demand and the stock of the item was not sufficient to fulfill all orders. In this case all orders are placed on back order awaiting a further shipment of stock from our supplier and once this stock is received the remaining orders are fulfilled.
Please accept my apologies that you were not more proactively informed of this. I will forward your comments on to our inventory team to see if there are any ways we can inform you of these instances more proactively.

I can see that your order was returned to us on 21.11.2013 due to a failed delivery and your refund was processed on 27.11.2013. Refunds take up to five working days to be received by yourself after they have been processed.
