After leaving negative feedback previously i would like to amend mu comments on customer service. Customer service is mush improved from my first communicationand a full refund for my postage has been received. Hopefull the investigation into my order will also be concluded very soon. Thank you for your gesture of refund ( which I have yet to receive). It seems strange however,that I have still not received the original set OR the replacement set supposedly sent when I complained on the 4/1. You seem unable to deliver any products ordered even though being the post office you should be able to guarantee it.16/1
