Speed of service is excellent. If you could just remember to put my name on the outside of the envelope as well as the delivery note inside, the whole service would be excellent!

At the Post Office Shop, we do take our Customer Service incredibly seriously and the experience you had was not to a standard we would find acceptable. I will ensure that this does not happen going forwards.
One potential solution to this is to create a business account with the Post Office Shop, this would provide you with facilities such as bespoke invoicing.

Service was fast & efficient and the framed stamp collection was very well wrapped.
Only disappointment was that I couldn't get the Paraolympic collection as well as this was no longer available.
