Quick turnaround and all merchandise arrives well packed and in excellent condition. Only one negative comment, the 2013 catalogue had sold out of various items prior to me receiving the same.
this product should be made available in post office shops, not exclusive to online, I visited several shops before having to order it online

Thankyou for your comments. Firstly, please accept my apologies over the problems you have had receiving your stamps.
With regards to your order reference 6875606, a refund was processed on 19.02.2014 as we found that these items had failed delivery.
Unfortunately as you have not provided me with your second order reference I am currently unable to investigate that.
However, the lack of communication you have received from our Customer Service Team is not acceptable. I will forward your order details to them and request that a more proactive approach is taken going forward.
