You have a full 30 days from the Policy Commencement Date (or any renewal date) to make sure you are happy with every aspect of your SPCA Pet Insurance Policy. This is known as the 'cooling off period'. We will give you a refund of any monies received since the Policy Commencement Date (or renewal date) less any costs incurred by us, which we are unable to recover and any taxes or duties that we are unable to refund. We have passed along your experience to our team to investigate this in more detail.
