I am still with this broker for my insurance but they were not very good at dealing with the COVID situation. Not because they denied cover but they never called me back and just ignored my emails. ...

Thank you for response, I can see that you contacted uson the 16thApril to query the cover for COVID-19 under your policy, we explained as per your policy wording and a claim was sent to your insurer the same day. Allianz responded to you by email on the 21st April explaining why the claim was rejected and the reasons for this, we were not contacted again until your renewal in May.
