Too much paperwork and no summary sheet.

My wife is not computer literate, I sent an email asking how we could contact them if something happened to me; I got no reply. I don't understand their documentation, I couldn't get a summary sheet...

You haven't said how my wife would receive/read your documents if anything happened to me; she is 76 years old and is computer illiterate. Additionally I cannot afford to print all the documentation.

I had to chase up everything myself they weren't bothered.

I was not contacted to renew. After I phoned up myself they did not phone back. Didn't seem to want my business.
