Always regret going in store

I am basing this on in-store experience. I truly hate visiting in-store which is why I shop online sparingly now. I much prefer to go to Boots or Space NK now.

It's very disappointing to your mitt to trying to get hold of my items I ordered but after multiple emails giving a refund. I needed the items nowt just a refund. I was expecting some sort of apology, with my items being delivered too. Instead I just get my order cancelled, not very professional
