Hvordan indsamles Feefo-anmeldelser?

SERVICE NOT YET RECEIVED SO UNSURE AS TO WHY I AM BEING ASKED TO REVIEW

Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback, and I’m very sorry for the frustration this delay has caused. I wanted to reassure you that we have asked our admin team to send your booking confirmation as soon as possible. The reason for the delay is that were waiting on a corrected invoice from the cruise line, which has prevented us from finalising your booking on our system. I completely understand how disappointing this experience has been, especially given your loyalty and the number of cruises you have booked with us previously and I hope we can restore your confidence in us moving forward. If we can be of further assistance, please do get in touch. Kind regards, the ROL Cruise Team
