My apologies that you did not receive what you had ordered, could you please email customerservice@uksm.co.uk with a picture so that we can investigate and sort this out for you?
The reason the goods were sent in a parcel instead of an envelope was because you selected DPD Next Day as your shipping option. DPD will not take letters from us they only take boxes, so we had to package the items as we would a larger order to make sure it got to you the next day.
If the order was placed with standard shipping we would have used a large envelope and sent via Royal Mail.
