Still haven't received a pick up date nearly 2 weeks after order. Email via iOS or android doesn't work.

I have checked your order and can see that the goods are showing that they are at location and ready for collection.

An email has been sent out to you, but please note these do sometimes end up in junk or spam folders.

where is my order?
A week after I received an email telling me my order had been dispatched I have still not received it.

Hello,

Thank you for your review and comments. We've spoke this morning about this order and we've found the source of the issue with DPD.

They had returned the order to ourselves without notifying you or us. We've issued replacements for you on an express service to get to you tomorrow.
