Thank you for calling into us as well to discuss your issue, you spoke with myself and unfortunately this was an issue at DPD's end.
You had requested that your goods go to a pickup shop, which confirmed on DPD's system and would have meant the driver had gone to the store to drop your parcel off.
When the driver went the parcel was refused delivery by the store, for a reason which we cannot see.
There shouldn't have been a reason why as your parcel was a small parcel containing votives, it was not oversized or over weight. Following our phone call we sent replacements out on a next day service and these are showing as delivery and signed for.
