Products are great, but delivery not so much , I paid for next day delivery, but didn’t receive my order until 4 days later and got no refund

Thank you for the feedback on our products.
To clarify the delivery timeline: the service selected was specifically DPD Next Working Day. As this order was placed on a Friday before a Bank Holiday weekend, the courier does not count Saturday, Sunday, or the Bank Holiday Monday as working days.
The order was dispatched on time and delivered on Tuesday, the very first available working day.
While we appreciate that the holiday weekend extended the total wait time, the service was fulfilled exactly as advertised and within the courier's operating schedule.

Unfortunately I never received my order thanks to Evri, I will no longer be using any companies who use Evri for their deliveries.
