Nothing special, but does the job
It was fine, the usual amount of form filling and an undifferentiated experience that was slightly more expensive than my current provider, but with higher cover levels.

Easy and quick
Painless as I needed open end cover while a relative was in hospital abroad and unable to fly.
Allianz was chosen as it as already linked to the flight and it needed sorting immediately.

Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. We’re very sorry to hear about your negative experience with us.
Unfortunately, we had a technical problem on our website which meant that customers were restricted from viewing the final confirmation page. Those that refreshed the page and entered their payment details again meant that payment was taken in twice in error.
This error occurred on our website for only a few hours and we have since resolved this problem and have taken the appropriate steps to ensure it will not happen again.
We understand that the refund was undertaken by our customer service team, but should you have any questions, please feel free to contact us at your earliest convenience.
