Very satisified but did not have reason to use the policy
The purchase went through very smoothly, as I did not have cause to use the policy I cannot confirm any efficiency that may have resulted from a claim.

More difficult to renew than necessary
Had to chase for the renewal e-mail which did not come until 10 days before renewal date. Website renewal process fails when you try to log in - help desk just said "yes, it doesn't work".
