How are Feefo reviews collected?

We independently collect feedback on behalf of the businesses that work with us. Our platform only reaches out to verified buyers, so you can be sure you’re reading reviews from real customers.

Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Very experienced booking lady, has been on a Wendy Wu Tour herself so she could answer our questions. The hardest part for me was parting with the money.

Thank you for your review and we are sorry the deposit you paid was higher than you expected. It was necessary for us to charge a higher deposit than usual to secure your flights and your Personal Travel Consultant, Lisa, has reported she explained this, but we regret any misunderstanding. Please contact us if you have any further queries. Kind regards, Lorraine, Wendy Wu Tours
