How are Feefo reviews collected?

We independently collect feedback on behalf of the businesses that work with us. Our platform only reaches out to verified buyers, so you can be sure you’re reading reviews from real customers.

Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

The decision to introduce compulsory tipping on our group tours was to simplify the paying of gratuities following feedback from our customers who reported uncertainty about when, who and how much they should tip. Please accept our apologies if our tipping policy was not mentioned when you booked and feel free to contact us if you have any further queries. Kind regards, Lorraine, Wendy Wu Tours
