Thank you so much for your feedback regarding our Islington Holiday Camp💗 Thank you for mentioning our lovely Holiday Camp Manager Pamela - we also agree that she is personable and friendly. Secondly, we really wish we could have assisted you further mid week if your child did not want to return to our Holiday Camp. We care about every child who comes to us and would have liked to have listened to why they felt that they did not want to come back. We are also sorry to hear that you felt that pick up time was chaotic. We have to ensure that children go with the correct adult and with all of their belongings. We will pass this feedback on for sure. Each of our Holiday Camps include a "Hydration Station" where children can have a cup of water. Our experienced team also are trained to ensure children eat their lunch and drink plenty of liquids during the day and within our breaktimes. Finally, we are sorry that your child felt our team ignored them at lunchtime. We only hire the best so on site that week we had at least 3 qualified childcare practitioners and no one would ever intentionally ignore a child in our care. Thank you again for you feedback.
