Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Thank you so much for your feedback regarding our Hampstead Holiday Camp💗 Thank you for mentioning that you daughter had a good time with us and enjoyed playing an instrument. We have spoken to our team working at our Hampstead Holiday Camp and they also mentioned that you daughter seemed very happy with us and had made new friends. Secondly, we have spoken to our team who worked that week regarding your feedback and they mentioned that they said to your daughter that there is no need to cry because it's okay and they would not be in trouble. Under no circumstances would they say to a child not to cry. Let us assure you that our teams are highly experienced, caring people who genuinely enjoy working with children and at our Holiday Camps. You have mentioned Colette our Holiday Camp Manager who has over 15 years working with children and holds a bachelors degree in childcare. All children received a certificate at the end of the Holiday Camp. Unfortunately the team misplaced a few however actioned immediately by completing some more. Thank you again for you feedback.
