We independently collect feedback on behalf of the businesses that work with us. Our platform only reaches out to verified buyers, so you can be sure you’re reading reviews from real customers.

Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Supportive, fun and engaging

Thank you for your feedback. At The Strings Club, as small independent business, we are passionate in always developing what we offer so any feedback is much appreciated. We are disappointed to read your feedback and had hoped that we had actioned this for you upon your verbal feedback to our team and Head Office. The afternoon workshops are carefully created for all children aged 4-11 and include a range of activities for children to choose from. They also take into account EYFS and KS1 and work with "Your Child's Development is Key" guide that takes into account the four areas of learning such as Musicianship, Communication and Language, Mathematics and Personal, Social and Emotional Health. Great Holiday Camp

My kids have attended Strings Club Holiday camp more than once and love it. Good balance between learning and playing which keeps their interests and sparks their creativity.
