Kia Car Insurance & Accident Aftercare Adolygiadau

Kia insurances staff are marvellous the service they offer is exceptional they are so friendly and reassure there customers at every point of the process.

It took over 2 weeks after notifying Kia to authorise the repair. Once authorised had to wait nearly a week for parts to be ordered. All in all a total of 4 weeks before repair completed.

A quick and friendly experience, my car was dealt with and a courtesy car of a similar size was arranged. I would definitely recommend Kia insurance
