Many thanks for providing valuable feedback. I am sorry that on this occasion our service was not delivered to our normal high standard. I can see from the file that the booking in of your vehicle took some time. We are experiencing long delays in getting mobile vehicles booked in for repairs due to capacity in our repair network - this has been caused by parts delays and lack of availability of courtesy cars, which are issues currently being experienced by the bodyshop industry nationwide. I also note that due to a parts delay, the repairs to your vehicle unfortunately took longer than would normally be expected. I apologise that you were not kept regularly updated with the progress of your repairs and we will address this with the team to avoid future occurrences. Please be assured this is not our normal standard of service but thank you for letting us know so that we can address.
