We are experiencing long delays in getting mobile vehicles booked in for repairs due to capacity in our repair network - this has been caused by parts delays and lack of availability of courtesy cars, which are issues currently being experienced by the bodyshop industry nationwide. I also note that due to a parts delay, the repairs to your vehicle unfortunately took longer than would normally be expected. I apologise that you were not kept regularly updated with the progress of your repairs and we will address this with the team to avoid future occurrences.
