Will not be using them in the fuiture

Very disappointed after spending a large amount of money on a car. The call handlers were good, but after that communication was all over the place. More so with the honda garage that the kia car...

We were sorry to hear about your poor experience and as a result, we contacted you directly. You confirmed that the experience with Kia Accident Aftercare was positive and the claims handlers were excellent. There were issues with call backs and incorrect information from the garage which left you unhappy. You also mentioned that a warning light illuminated following the repairs so we have contacted the repairers. They have advised that they will be contacting you to get you booked in for this to be looked at ASAP so we hope this can be resolved very soon. And they didn't book me in at all. Im was told by rep.at honda to contact Kia gwr as it was now warranty issue, although there was no issue before the car was seen by them. Have since received no callback to book this new model kia car in.
