How are Feefo reviews collected?

We independently collect feedback on behalf of the businesses that work with us. Our platform only reaches out to verified buyers, so you can be sure you’re reading reviews from real customers.

Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Dear Mrs Darwin, Thank you for taking the time to complete our Feefo questionnaire, we were sorry to read you did not receive a response to your Headwater feedback. Please let me assure you, we did receive this and have since put actions into place to ensure the driving directions when exiting Madrid airport are clearer. We have also added more detail to the overall driving directions to the Hotel El Milano Real. We would like to thank you for choosing Headwater this year and look forward to welcoming you on another of our holidays in the future. Yours sincerely, Lisa

Headwater provided a very good service, particularly when BA cancelled our flight at the last minute. Headwater stepped in so we didn't miss any of our holiday.
