We independently collect feedback on behalf of the businesses that work with us. Our platform only reaches out to verified buyers, so you can be sure you’re reading reviews from real customers.

Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Good flight but too expensive and needs to be a jet

I think a jet rather than a propeller plane would have been more appropriate for a flight of this distance. I felt quite nervous going on a prop plane for this length of time. Also the cost of the...

Good overall with a few minor hiccups along the way

Phoned Flydirect to book my flight as it would not let us book online for some unknown reason and once we had overcome a small confusion over my required dates of travel, I found the whole experience...
