We independently collect feedback on behalf of the businesses that work with us. Our platform only reaches out to verified buyers, so you can be sure you’re reading reviews from real customers.

Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Drinks service very slow, no white wine, no gin and no lemonade so gave up. Also delay in getting off the aircraft in Jersey was unexceptable.

Many Thanks for your feedback, without which we cannot improve. The aircraft are fully stocked with drinks and snacks, and it's unfortunate on this occasion that your preference had sold out. We've addressed this with the airline for future flights. The delay on arrival in Jersey was due to availability of the International arrival stand, and could not be avoided on this occasion.

Many Thanks for your feedback. Unfortunately at a large International airport like Tenerife check in times are fixed. We're sorry to hear that there was a long wait on this occasion, and will work with the airport to resolve this.
