How are Feefo reviews collected?

We independently collect feedback on behalf of the businesses that work with us. Our platform only reaches out to verified buyers, so you can be sure you’re reading reviews from real customers.

Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Very easy to use.

The account is easy to use and they are always friendly and willing to help. The only negative is that you can only see 6 months of transactions and it would be good to be able to go further back.

Specifically with respect to your comment about only being able to see 6 months of transactions when using internet banking, we already have a project in place to address this, with the objective of being able to extend this to 13 months worth of transactions and for this enhancement to be implemented later this year.
