Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry for the delay you experienced on the day of delivery. We would normally complete all deliveries between 7.30am and 5pm and our delivery team will call and confirm a time slot on the morning of delivery. We have investigated in to your feedback and in your case although we intially confirmed a 2-4pm time slot, due to unforseen circumstances on the day of delivery, an 8.30pm delivery could not have been avoided unless we rescheduled on the day. We are sorry for any inconvenience caused as a result of the delay.
We do deliver to room of choice, unpack/ dispose of the packaging and assemble the majority of products however in the case of flat packed furniture, we do state 'may require self assembly' on the sales invoice.
Once again, please accept our apologies and please be assured your comments are valued.
