We are sorry that you waited a week longer than expected. We did in fact deliver the bed to you within 48 hours of its arrival to us and it was unfortunate that our supplier could not deliver within 1 week as the vehicle was already to full capacity for our area prior to the bed being manufactured.
Given time we do hope that your parents will find the mattress more suitable for their requirements

The refund should not have been delayed and we are currently investigating why this was the case.
