Absolutely shocking service ordered this table and chairs and had to wait 10 months delivery. Firstly it took 8 months to come into stock and then it got damaged so had to wait another 2 months.

Although we always do our best to deliver goods on or before the expected date we are occasionally forced to extend our lead-times due to events that are out of our control, and we do hope that the wavered delivery charge in this instance went some way in adding to our apologies for this.
Although your furniture was ready to be scheduled at an earlier time we were asked to hold your goods in stock until you were ready for delivery. Once again we do hope this gesture helped convey our apologies for the original delay.
