it took 18 weeks for delivery, several phone calls and none were returned. Would not use them again unless item was in stock.

We have looked into your order and the delay was caused by an unexpected delay by our suppliers. We are sorry for the lack of communication from the store. It is normal procedure to keep customers informed of any delays and can only apologise if this was not the case.
Nobody gave correct information about product required until third visit. Very poor nobody available to discuss with correct answers.
