Suite had terrible smell when delivered despite ringing and being fobbed off with another tel no where we had to leave message and then E mailing no one has contacted us !

With brand new sofas, they do consist an odor from its process of production. Unfortunately, this is something that is unavoidable and we do sincerely apologise for this.

I was really impressed with the customer service and care during delivery. I felt the store expeiance was good however the delivery drivers were excellent .
